She sees the legal basis as an opportunity to create a balance between security and freedom.<\/p>\n<p>For Dr Jan Wacke, Deputy Data Protection Commissioner of Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg, security for citizens lies in the instruments of data protection.<\/p>\n<p>Net activist Manuel Atug pointed out the social aspects of the issue.
