Humboldt Professorship: AI Researcher Platzer Honored
Germany's most highly funded research award was presented in Berlin. André Platzer conducts research at KIT on the safety of computer assistance systems.
On Friday, December 09, 2022, at the Cité Internationale Universitaire de Paris the 7th Forum on Franco-German Research Cooperation of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research and the Ministère de l'Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche took place.
Prof. Jörn Müller-Quade as representative of the Competence Center KASTEL Security Research Labs and the platform Learning Systems gave a keynote lecture on the topic “AI and Cybersecurity” in the context of the workshop “Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence: recognizing opportunities, identifying risks”. The goal of the workshop was the development of a roadmap for further research collaborations, based on the status of previous and important future topics in the fields of cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.
